Street Dancer 3D 3rd Day (Sunday) Box Office Collection Report: Good Jump

Street Dancer 3D had a good opening weekend and the film was able to show good jump on both Saturday and Sunday.


Street Dancer 3D 3rd Day (Sunday): It took a low opening as compared to the face value of the film but showed decent growth over the weekend.

On one hand, Tanhaji which is into its third week grew by almost 80% and Panga Grew by almost 108% whereas Street Dancer 3D registered a growth of just 28.75%, while Panga had a really low base but Tanhaji almost rose up from half the collections to almost 70% of its collections.

After finish the weekend on a high note the real test for Street Dancer 3D will start from Monday where it needs to hold onto the box office by at least 60% of the Friday collections and then continue with a 10% drop from there for the entire weekdays.

The film grew very well in the morning shows as yesterday’s morning shows had a good scope for growth, however, the growth in the night as compared to Saturday was not so high due to better performance of the evening and night shows on Saturday.

According to our estimates, the film has crossed Rs. 40 Crores in its opening weekend. The film carries a heavy budget and equally heavy recoveries. So, it is important for the film to hold at least 60% of Friday’s collection and then trend well from there for the remaining weekdays.
