Sooryavanshi Release Date is finally fixed; Announcement on Sunday with brand new poster

Sooryavanshi Release Date: We had reported yesterday that Sooryavanshi has further postponed it's release date from 2nd April, 2021

Sooryavanshi Release Date: We had reported yesterday that Sooryavanshi has further postponed it’s release date from 2nd April, 2021 to a further date. The film was suppose to release on 2nd April and the promotions had still not started.

For a big ticket movie there are promotions of at least 1 month required before the release of the movie and the same had not started. They were also waiting for a film like Roohi to release and take the bait of judging the audience sentiment post pandemic.

Till yesterday afternoon the producers were not sure that when they should release the film but thanks to the guts shown by producers of Roohi and cinema owners, the audience started coming out post evening shows. This signalled a normalization mode to the producers and gave them further confidence.

Also, Maharashtra remains the top contributor for many Bollywood films and the rising corona virus cases in the state were making things unsure for the producers. However, yesterday evening the theatres which were perceived safe in Mumbai, Pune and other important centres in Maharashtra did a good turn around and registered fantastic numbers despite 50% audience restrictions.

Sooryavanshi Release Date:

Sooryavanshi now arrived 4 weeks later on 30th April, 2021 which is Friday. Calls have been made to exhibitors for theatre bookings already. Makers are planning to give it one of the widest release ever as there will not be any competition for the film at this stage.

The formal announcement will come on this Sunday i.e. 14th March, 2021 with brand new posters and soon after the marketing and promotions for the will take over. The makers are going for a heavy digital strategy this time.

Also, Rohit Shetty will celebrate his birthday on 14th March with fans by releasing new assets for Sooryavanshi.
