Shikara 4th Day (Monday) Box Office Collection Report: Low Again
Shikara is trending very low at the box office and is struggling to gain momentum.
Shikara 4th Day (Monday) Box Office Collection Report: Shikara has been collecting very low since its release at the box office. The film is struggling to gain momentum at the box office.
Shikara failed to create a buzz among the audience in many parts and has released on fewer screens as compared to other biggies. The film is based on the story of Kashmiri Pandits who were forced to leave the state and their houses were burnt. It has created curiosity among audiences in some areas otherwise the collection would have been much lower than what it is now.
Shikara has a tough competitor in the form of Malang which has released this week along with the film. On the other hand, it has got Tanhaji which has already dominated all the other films at the box office and is still showing good trends. There are also other films running at the box office like Jawani Jaaneman & Street Dancer 3D which are affecting the film’s business.
We have seen in the past how small films struggle at the box office in front of big names. The strategy of the producers of these small films needs to be worked upon. And the film should release solo at the box office so that it could do a decent business.
