Saina 2nd Day (Saturday): The film has failed to create any kind of the impact at the box office and is a complete disaster at the Box Office. It’s very unfair with Parineeti Chopra as she rolled out one of the finest performances you see on celluloid.

The problem with Bollywood producers is that they have given up and the Hindi Film Industry at large is working like bunch of disappointed guys trying to wrap up projects and just release them in theatres waiting for a miracle to happen.

We saw same thing happening with Roohi and Mumbai Saga, where most of the audience was not even aware.  about the release dates of the movies.

They just want to wrap up the movies and release in dump yards without even investing a substantial amount in marketing. Post Lockdown it is evident that production costs have been cut significantly and most of the medium scale producers and investors are not confident about the return on their investments.

Just after Lockdown We saw Laxxmi releasing on OTT and it was not upto Akshay Kumar standards by any means, you could visually see the cost cutting happening on all fronts, even on small things like lightning.

The producers need to to understand one clear cut message from the audience, they are coming out in large chunks to watch films like Godzilla Vs Kong in theatres because they know that the experience will be worth the risk.

Industry better rethinks and starts doing what it has been doing for generations i.e. entertain the audience, because the theatres right now need good movies and movies of scale to again bring back the audiences.
