Panga Sunday (3rd Day) Box Office Collection Report: Good Jump Again

Panga opened to a low base but post that the film is showing healthy growth at the box office.

Panga Sunday (3rd Day): It is trending very well at the box office and needs a good hold on Monday in order to become a profitable venture at the box office.

The film faced a sandwiched release between the Giant Called Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior in its Third week and a direct clash with Street Dancer 3D. And the opening base of Rs. 2.7 crores were very low. After a low opening Panga showed a Fantastic Jump of 107.78% on Saturday and today it is trending towards another jump of around 30%.

The weekend so far has gone well with the audience, now on Monday film needs to hold well and in this case, a drop of 60% over opening Friday will not be enough it needs to match up to at least 90% of the Friday’s collection due to a very low opening. If the film is barely able to hold 60% of Friday then it will end up collecting around 1.6 crores on Monday and the weekday trends will make it harder to be a clean hit at the box office.

The overall collections despite a Fantastic jump on both the days are still less than Chappak.
