Bell Bottom Second Day (Friday) Box Office Collection Report: Low

Bell Bottom on its 2nd day at the box office witnessed a downfall in its collections.

Bell Bottom Second Day: Bell Bottom which hit the big screen on 19th August 2021 is not performing well at the box office. This Akshay Kumar starer is the first film to hit the theatres after the second wave of COVID-19. It was expected that the film will bring back the audience to theatres but that has not been the case on the first two days.

Bell Bottom received a very good review from the critics & audience as well. The audience is not yet coming to theatres as there is a fear of COVID-19 still around. However, the theatre owners feel that the occupancy will improve on Saturday & Sunday.

Bell Bottom Second Day (Friday) Box Office Collection Report:

Bell Bottom on its first day managed to collect Rs 3.12 Crores on its opening day. On Friday the occupancy in theatres saw a slight dip than Thursday throughout the day. Bell Bottom has been released on 1,620 screens across India with 6,481 shows running.

DayCollection (In Crores)
Day 1INR 3.12 Crores
Day 2INR 2.60 Crores
TotalINR 5.72 Crores

Bell Bottom on its second day at the box office has collected Rs. 2.60 Crores. It was expected that the collection of the film will go up on weekends & we will see a growth in occupancy. With Saturday being a holiday on the occasion of Onam & Sunday being Raksha Bandhan we expect the numbers to go up & the film gets to decent numbers after the 1st weekend.

But if the case of lower occupancy in theatres continues it is a major blow for the industry. It will take a lot of time for the film industry to get back to normal times. As per the current scenario, we expect that the Bell Bottom collection after the first weekend at the box office will be between 10-12 Crores.
