Bell Bottom which released yesterday has a slow start on 2nd day at the box office
Bell Bottom 2nd Day (Friday): Bell Bottom after a good start on the first day at the box office has started slowly in the morning shows on the 2nd day. The occupancy is similar to Day 1morning shows. Bell Bottom is the first film that has hit the big screen after the second wave of COVID-19 in India.
The theatres are allowed to open at 50% occupancy in some states. Theatres in Maharashtra which is the major market of the film industry are yet to open up. It is expected that the occupancy will improve as the day progresses.

Bell Bottom received very good reviews from critics. It is a brave move by the makers to release the film at this time. To bring back the audience to theatres and showing the way to the industry post-pandemic time. Many theatres owners & the film community praised the move of the team Bell Bottom for releasing the film on the big screen.
Akshay Kumar completed the shooting of the film last year during the pandemic. Bell Bottom has been released on 1600 screens in India that include 2D & 3D shows. The occupancies are lower but we have a weekend coming up & we are hoping the occupancy improves.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the industry has gone a few years back. Bell Bottom is a brave move to bring back the audience to theatres. We are hoping that film will improve on weekends to have a good 1st-weekend collection.
